Multi-tenant SaaS platforms

Products that serve many customers from one system, with each tenant's data kept apart. We've built shared-database tenant scoping, ownership chains, and a project-per-clinic model on a FHIR backbone.

Regulated & healthcare systems

Software that handles sensitive data under real rules: role-based access enforced on the server, full audit trails, staff two-factor, controlled-drug prescribing on numbered forms — and AI kept firmly out of clinical decisions.

AI, done responsibly

AI pipelines with guardrails, not gimmicks: human approval by default, strict schema validation, evidence-only generation, and hard safety rules — an allergen tool that will never say “free from”, and reports a clinician must sign.

Payments & billing

Subscriptions, plan limits and usage metering enforced on the server — with Stripe-hosted checkout, so card details never touch our servers, and signed webhooks keeping status in sync.

Static and server-rendered sites that load fast and rank — no WordPress, no plugin sprawl. The numbers are real: mobile PageSpeed scores in the 90s.

UK hosting, TLS and HSTS, the secrets that matter encrypted, rate limiting, and no secrets in the codebase — delivered by one-push deploys through Azure Pipelines, Docker and nginx.

How we think about it

Honesty over hype: We publish prices, name the free option next to the paid one, and tell people when they don't need us. It earns more trust than a sales pitch ever does.
No plugin sprawl: Custom and lean, not a pile of plugins bolted onto a template. That's why the sites are fast and there's less to break or secure.
Governance in the code: The right thing should be the easy thing. Access rules, safety limits and approvals live in the software, so they hold up on a Friday afternoon as much as on an inspection day.
Humans decide, AI assists: AI drafts and gathers evidence; a person reviews and signs. Nothing important is left to a model on its own.
Mobile first, always: Most people arrive on a phone. Every build is designed for that screen first, then scaled up.
