How we work
We look before we build
Most of what wastes your time isn't a software problem, and building something new on top of a broken process just makes the mess faster. So the first job is working out what's actually wrong — which is a different skill from writing the code, and the one most people skip.
You get an answer, not a proposal
At the end of a review you get a plain-English account of where the time goes, what it's costing, what to fix first, and what to leave alone. Some of it usually needs no software at all. We'll tell you that even though it's not what we sell.
Then we build only what earns its place
Fixed price, agreed before we start. Sometimes that's an integration between two systems. Sometimes it's a small internal tool. Occasionally it's deleting a step nobody needed.
Who you'd be working with
Twenty-five years of business analysis and process engineering, across enough different industries that very little is genuinely new. Manufacturing, finance, logistics, retail, public sector — the surface details change, the underlying problems rhyme.
You deal with that person directly. No account manager, no team of juniors learning your business at your expense.

We sit with the people doing the work, follow one process end to end, and come back with a written account of what's costing you time and what to do about it. Yours to keep, whether or not you ever use us again.
If we don't find anything worth more than £750, we'll say so and you've lost a morning.
Build work is quoted separately, fixed price, after the review — never before. Bigger pieces of work can run on a day rate if you'd rather.
