The honest small print
- What if I paid upfront?
- Hosting, updates and backups are £15/month. You can also take the files and host them yourself — we won't hold you hostage.
- Is the domain included?
- First year yes. After that it's about £15/year, paid to the registrar, in your name — not ours.
- What happens after the 6 months?
- Nothing changes — it carries on at the same price, month to month. Cancel any time with a month's notice and we'll not chase you for a penny more.
- Is VAT included?
- Yes. Every price here is what you actually pay — we're VAT registered and it's already in the number. If you're VAT registered yourself you can reclaim it, and your invoice shows the split.
- Will you charge me for small changes?
- New phone number, updated prices, a few photos — no. If it's a new section or a big rebuild, we'll quote you first.
