The problem
Most people spend years wondering whether they have ADHD or autism before they ask anyone. The information out there is either clinical and impenetrable, or it's a funnel dressed up as advice — a “free test” that won't show your result until you hand over an email, then pushes you straight to a paid assessment.
Plexus needed the opposite: a genuinely useful resource that earns trust first, so the people who do come through to book have already had a straight answer — including, sometimes, “you probably don't need us”.
What we built
We built a fast, free, no-sign-up site with two self-tests — 20 questions for ADHD, 10 for autism — that score instantly on the page and never ask for an email, alongside a library of consultant-written articles on assessment, titration, shared care and the honest NHS-versus-private trade-off.
Every page names the free options next to the paid ones and hands people over to Plexus Psychiatry only when they're ready. The funnel works precisely because it isn't pushy.
