The problem
A dental website has two jobs that pull against each other. It has to make booking effortless for people who already know they want an appointment, and it has to reassure the ones who are still deciding. Get it wrong — slow pages, hidden prices, a contact form instead of a phone number — and you lose exactly the patients who were closest to picking up the phone.
Matley had the hard part already: over 1,200 patient reviews, a 5.0 rating, and thirty years of trust in Peterborough. The site needed to show that plainly, and turn it into bookings.
What we built
We built a fast, mobile-first site that leads with what actually wins patients: click-to-call and online booking on every screen, prices published in full — a new-patient exam is £80, and every treatment carries a clear 'from' price — and calm, plain-English copy that tells nervous patients to say so when they book, because it genuinely changes how the appointment is run.
It's built for how people find a dentist — searching “dentist in Peterborough” on a phone — so the reviews, opening hours, free parking and map sit up front, and online booking is wired straight through to the practice's dental portal.
