ProChart is a full SaaS product we built end to end. It takes the messiest part of process work — the workshop transcript — and turns it into a finished swimlane map, a procedure document and a Visio pack, with every gap and contradiction flagged for you to chase.
The problem
After every discovery workshop, a business analyst has to read the transcript line by line, map it into Visio, and work out what to go back and ask. That's the part that takes days, and it's the part the client never sees.
The hard bit isn't drawing boxes. It's spotting what wasn't said — the rejected path nobody mentioned, the approval authority left undefined, the step only half the room agreed on. Turning that into a product means an AI pipeline that reads like an analyst, wrapped in software people can trust with their work.
What we built
We built the whole product: a multi-tenant SaaS with accounts, its own backend and APIs, and an AI pipeline that reads a transcript the way an analyst would — messy, out of order, contradictory — and produces a governed model where nothing is marked “Confirmed” until it truly is.
Paste a transcript, review the questions it flags, then export the pack: diagram, procedure doc, policy outline, Visio and CSV, all from one model. The front page lets people try real, live outputs before signing up — no credit card, and transcripts are never stored or used to train models.
